Dr. Homer Gold is an extensively experienced physician in family medicine, and has been with Medical Associates of North Georgia since 1994. A proud member of the Cherokee Community, prior to joining Medical Associates of North Georgia, he practiced for over two decades with Sequoyah Family Practice, P.C., formerly the largest family practice group in the Canton area. In addition to providing patient care, he is a designated aviation medical examiner – Class three, as well as a volunteer preceptor for the Mercer University School of Medicine. Dr. Gold and his wife, Patricia reside in Canton and have four children. In his free time, he enjoys flying, traveling and automobile racing. Homer is an active member of the Canton First United Methodist Church. Dr. Gold diagnoses and treats patients 10 years of age and older.
