Matthew is a certified Family Nurse practitioner who currently serves in the military. He brings years of emergency department experience, and is skilled to care and identify health conditions which would require an urgent referral to the emergency room. Matthew believes in empowering each patient to attain the goals set for themselves and their family. And, that a clear sense of purpose and direction, as well as, trust between the healthcare provider and the patient is key for the success of any healthcare intervention. Mr. Ilao sees patients of all ages in Medical Associates of North Georgia’s Ellijay office, and is a certified family medicine nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Mr. Ilao, who is a passionate travel enthusiast, loves to spend time outdoors offroading and riding his motorcycle. In addition, he has lived in the Dahlonega area for more than four years and plans to live and serve the community of North Georgia for many years to come.
